- 8-10 C sliced apples
- 1 (12oz) can frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch or tapioca flour
Mix all ingredients except apple slices together in a pan and cook until thick, stirring occasionally to prevent lumps. When thick, stir in apple slices and pour into prepared crust. Place top-crust over apple filling, and seal the two crusts together. Bake 350 F for one hour.
