C salad/cooking oil - 1/2 C lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 3 Tbsp mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional – I usually don’t bother)
- 1 family-pack boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (or ziplock bag). Marinate for at least one hour, not more than a couple days. Grill. Cook veggies or prepare salad while meat is grilling.
