Marinated Chicken Breasts

  • 1 C salad/cooking oil
  • 1/2 C lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional – I usually don’t bother)
  • 1 family-pack boneless skinless chicken breasts

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (or ziplock bag).  Marinate for at least one hour, not more than a couple days.  Grill.  Cook veggies or prepare salad while meat is grilling.
